ISAAC ALBÉNIZ: Iberia Book I, iii "Fete dieu à Séville"

The third part of Isaac Albeniz's "Iberia" suite, this colossal work depicts the moving procession of the Corpus Christi Festival in Seville. The work almost functions as a study of expressing "distance", with evocations of guitars, percussion, and bells moving forwards and backwards as we progress through the city. Ending with a jubilant dance, and a distant coda. Recorded at the Rosina Auditorium on September 24, 2026.
