Right before Luigi can receive his field commander promotion, Mario shocks Toad Town by publicly stripping Luigi of his Rescue Badge and banishing him from the squad due to a reckless past choice at Red Ravine. Luigi walks away humiliated, believing his brother will never trust him to stand on his own feet. When a massive pipe rupture floods the lower tunnels and traps Mario inside a submerged valve chamber with collapsing floodgates, all modern rescues fail. Armed only with old maintenance maps, Luigi takes charge—not with blind courage, but with disciplined strategy. Trapped and facing rising waters, Mario must surrender control and beg Luigi to lead the mission before everyone is lost! 🌧️💚 🍄 Story Highlights: The public humiliation: Mario strips Luigi of his Rescue Badge Red Ravine's shadow: The fine line between bravery and recklessness Mario trapped underground as floodwaters rise A profound lesson: True trust isn't about micromanaging someone—it's giving them the freedom and responsibility to lead 🔥 If you were Luigi, would you answer the call to save the person who took your badge?
