𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗛 𝗔𝗟-𝗜𝗦𝗥𝗔 𝟴𝟭–𝟴𝟮 𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗥 | 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 & 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗘𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗜𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗗 | 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗦 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 & 𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗬 In this Surah Al-Isra 81–82 Tafseer, we explore two of the most powerful and beloved verses of the Quran. These ayahs speak about the arrival of truth, the disappearance of falsehood, and the Quran as a source of healing, mercy, guidance, and goodness for those who believe. Surah Al-Isra Ayah 81 gives us a powerful declaration of truth: truth has come and falsehood has vanished. The Prophet ﷺ was commanded to proclaim that when truth arrives, falsehood cannot ultimately remain. Falsehood may appear strong, widespread, or powerful for a time, but it has no lasting foundation before the truth revealed by Allah ﷻ. This ayah gives believers strength during moments when falsehood seems dominant. It reminds us that the believer should not measure truth by its temporary worldly appearance. The truth remains truth even when few people follow it, and falsehood remains falsehood even when it appears powerful. Ayah 82 then turns our attention directly to the Quran. Allah ﷻ tells us that He sends down from the Quran that which is healing and mercy for the believers. The Quran is not merely a book to be recited or studied; it is guidance for the heart, a source of spiritual healing, and a mercy for those who believe and turn toward Allah. The ayah also contains an important warning: the Quran does not benefit everyone in the same way. While it is healing and mercy for believers, those who persist in wrongdoing and rejection only move further away from what is beneficial. This reminds us that receiving guidance requires a heart willing to listen, believe, reflect, and respond. Together, Surah Al-Isra 81–82 gives us a profound message: hold firmly to the truth, trust Allah’s promise concerning falsehood, and return to the Quran for guidance, healing, and mercy. 📌 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗢: ⚔️ 𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗛 𝟴𝟭 — The powerful declaration that truth has come and falsehood is destined to perish 🕊️ 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗩𝗦. We may see injustice, confusion, harmful ideas, or worldly pressures becoming widespread, and we may wonder how truth can stand against them. Surah Al-Isra 81 reminds us not to lose sight of the reality that Allah’s truth does not become weaker simply because falsehood appears powerful. Then Ayah 82 brings us back to the Quran — the very source that teaches us how to recognize truth and remain connected to Allah. May Allah ﷻ make the Quran a source of mercy in our homes, a guide for our families, and a means of bringing our hearts closer to Him. May He allow us not only to recite His Book, but to understand it, reflect upon it, live by it, and carry its guidance into every part of our lives.
