In this video, I reveal my 7-day ball striking blueprint—the same framework I use with students to build a more consistent, repeatable golf swing. Starting with the setup checkpoints, you’ll gradually build the swing through a series of controlled movements, learning how to manage the forces of the swing instead of simply trying to hit the ball harder. Each day builds on the previous one, progressing from controlled P2-to-P8 swings into P3-to-P9 swings while gradually increasing speed and intensity without allowing the swing to get longer. You’ll learn how to use the Stack & Tilt Grid, control the length and speed of your swing, and ultimately hit your pitching wedge farther while maintaining the same constrained swing. By the end of the seven days, you’ll have a repeatable framework you can then take through the rest of your clubs.
