CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF FAITH MUMBUA NZOMO

BIRTH The late Faith Mumbua Nzomo was born on 12th February 1979 at Uthini village, Mutituni Sub-location, Mutituni location, Machakos county. She was the third born of Pius Mbithi Vesi and Agnes Loise Mbithi. She was sister to Patricia Nthenya. Late Monicah Mwikali Mutua, Julius Vesi, Makau alias Mustafa, Nduku Kaseke and Catherine Ndunge. She was Aunt to Samuel Mbithi, Victor Mutua, Jacinta Kalondu, Boniface Wambua, Lilian Mumbua, Susan Mwelu, Ngina Kaseke, Timothy Kioko, Martin Mutisya, Mutua Mutisya, Benard Musyoki, Peter Mandela, Paul Mbeki, Esther among others. She was Niece to Joseph Mutuku, late Musyoka Vesi, Kaloki Kilima, Paul Makau, Lina Mutuku, Nduku Munyao, Mbithe Silu among others. She was Cousin to Apostle Duncan Mailu, late Paul Maingi, Nguku Mwikali, Vesi, Munyao, Mbula, Esther among others. EDUCATION The late Faith Mumbua joined Mutituni Primary School in the year 1986 and schooled up to Std 8 in 1993 when she completed her primary education. WORK The late Faith Mumbua was a business lady at Mutituni market. FAMILY LIFE The late Faith Mumbua got married to her beloved husband Antony Nzomo Kitonyi in the year 1995. They were blessed with three children namely; Agnes Mwende, Grace Mbithe and Maurine Mueni and a grandchild Arabella Mumbua. She was sister in-law to Patrick Mutisya, Munyiva, Ndinda, Nzula, late Muinde and late Mbinya. She was daughter in-law to the late Kitonyi Mbeki and Grace Mbithe Kitonyi. CHRISTIAN LIFE The late Faith Mumbua began her Christian life as a Sunday School child at St. Joseph Catholic Church Mutituni where she was baptized. She was a commissioned member of Catholic Women Association (C.W.A) and a member of St. Stephen Small Christian Community (Jumuiya). ILLNESS/DEMISE The late Faith Mumbua enjoyed healthy life until Saturday 26/07/2025 when she developed breathing complications and attended Hope Medical Clinic Mutituni. On Sunday 27/07/2025 she revisited the same Clinic but unfortunately her condition worsened and early morning of 28/07/2025 at around 5.30am she was promoted to glory. She died at the age of 46 years. She has left behind her beloved husband, 3 daughters and one grandchild. May the Almighty rest her soul in eternal peace. Amen.
