Back shot hunters strategy is to gut punch and z burst dash behind you they will often pick players with after image strike (AIS) wild sense or after image to “jail” you if you attempt a revenge counter or if you are able to vanish their attack. If you have a character with explosive wave you will likely beat them as this disrupts their ability to constantly z burst dash you. Keep the pressure with constant ki blasts to limit their movement. If you encounter someone who can vanish heavies consistently ditch the heavies and use only square in your rush strings. Do this and you will have much better results if you have a solid neutral.
