"DOA" music video BTS

we took “doa” somewhere different. we went all the way to mount bromo, indonesia… what felt like another planet, but at the same time, the closest we’ve ever felt to something bigger than us. the whole idea was simple. if this song is about faith, about accepting what we once prayed for… then the place had to feel just as real. raw. quiet. and honest. and bromo gave us that. nothing but open space, ash, wind, and silence. the kind of place that forces you to sit with your thoughts a little longer. and somewhere in between the long drives, early mornings, and everything we had to figure out along the way… this became more than just a shoot. it turned into a memory. that’s why we wanted to show you guys this side of it. not just the final music video, but the journey behind it. the people, the process, the moments you don’t usually get to see. because “doa” was never just a song to us. it became a whole experience. and looking back, we wouldn’t have done it any other way. shoutout to Ding Won for capturing the whole journey… and to everyone who played a part in making this shoot happen! enjoy!
