Cold, Cough & Full Gas — ZRL 26/27 Race 2 🤧🚴‍♂️

Tonight was Zwift Racing League 26/27: Fast & Fresh — Open Aqua League Division 1, Race 2. And once again, it was a seriously tough race. Especially after a week of dealing with a cold, fever and still having a pretty persistent cough, I knew it was going to be a challenge. I decided to let the intermediate sprints go and focus on one thing: staying with the group for as long as possible. And surprisingly, that worked — all the way to 1,200 metres from the finish. That’s when the sprint was already being launched, which caught me a bit off guard. By then, I simply didn’t have the legs left to respond and get involved in the final sprint. The result was P30.
