Sierra Sage Presents: Invasive Vegetation: Alternatives to Herbicides

The Creek Team OC has effectively exposed and challenged toxic aquatic herbicide spraying by Orange County Public Works in local channels like San Juan Creek and San Diego Creek. Public pressure works. Go to creekteam.org and learn how to contact your county officials and demand they halt unnecessary herbicide spraying across all county waterways and invest in the restoration plan that the Army Corps recommended. This is a situation where public concern and pressure have already had an effect, and your action will matter.
