No THROTTLE Genie - Part 1

This 1999 Genie has been to several specialized shops in NY state to repair a problem with the electronic throttle control. It still won't stay running, and the owner is very frustrated! Now it's time for PHAD to take a crack at it. The frustration of previous attempted repairs is evident from the several "custom" wiring hacks... Can we make it run again? Enjoy! Ivan
