2002-2005 Explorer Mountaineer Fresh Air Cabin Door Flap Repair

Looks at another way to repair the plagued fresh air cabin door flap on the 2002-2005 Ford Explorers and Mercury Mountaineers. The door vacuum actuator lever arm breaks; causing the door to become dislodged from its pivot and fall onto air intake of the blower housing. With the door now blocking the air intake, air flow to all vents in the cabin is now almost completely restricted.
