🔥 FREE 10-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM: https://StartNomadTraining.com TRAIN LIVE WITH NOMAD MIXED COMBAT. 🔥 IN THIS TRAINING SESSION 45-Minute Heavy Bag Workout | Speed, Power & Kickboxing Conditioning Today’s Combat Conditioning class is a complete 45-minute boxing and kickboxing workout focused on conditioning, speed, power, and putting your fundamental striking skills together. We’ll start with a 5-minute AMRAP conditioning circuit, followed by movement rounds combining exercises, sprints, and full-body conditioning. 🥊 SPEED, POWER & FLUIDITY ROUNDS Next, we’ll move to the heavy bag for focused 60-second rounds. We’ll work: • Boxing for fluidity • Boxing for speed • Boxing for power • Kickboxing for fluidity • Kickboxing for speed • Kickboxing for power • Recovery rounds between sets The goal is to intentionally change how you work the bag instead of throwing every round the same way. Develop smooth combinations, increase your hand and kick speed, then focus on generating power. 🔥 COMBO + EXERCISE AMRAP We’ll finish with 3-minute rounds combining boxing and kickboxing combinations with conditioning exercises. Work the combination, hit the exercise, then get right back to the bag and repeat for as many rounds as possible. We’ll finish the class with ab work. This full Combat Conditioning class develops boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai striking, speed, power, combination flow, cardio, and fight conditioning. 🌍 TRAIN WITH US FROM ANYWHERE Train alongside our actual classes and develop practical fighting skills, real-world self-defense, athletic conditioning, and the ability to perform under pressure.
