The Yakuza Remastered Collection is finally here for the PS4, Sega decided to bundle the remasters of Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4 and Yakuza 5 for an all in one! And this time they've decided not to cut and censor the original Japanese released in 2010. We playing as the Dragon of Dojima again with Kiryu Kazuma in Yakuza 3 and I get to play the parts of his story before his conclusion in Yakuza 6. But we'll be playing as a lot more characters in Yakuza 4, starting with Akiyama Shun who a suave businessman and the owner of Sky Finance (he seems to respect Kiryu) and we got three more playable characters. More crime drama but I've no idea where the story is going to go but it looks like all four characters are going to have interwoven story lines. Yakuza 5 (Ryū ga Gotoku 5: Yume, Kanaeshi Mono) is of course part of the main line Yakuza games and is supposedly one of the the better ones next to Yakuza 0. In Yakuza 5 we got a new city with Nagasugai (Fukuoka) and we back to playing as Kiryu Kazuma from the start who is living under the alias Taichi Suzuki working as a taxi driver. Daigo is makin' moves in order to keep the Tojo Clan aflot with Tsubasa Kurosawa havinglung cancer and his successors hating the Tojo, the truce between the Omi Alliance and the Tojo Clan might come to an end. Daigo heads to Fukuoka to secure equal alliances with other clans (Yamagasa Family). Saejima lands himself in jail again who needs to break out again to find out about Majima, Haruka has moved out of Morning Glory to pursue a career as an idol and Shinada whose a professional baseball player is a brand new character to the franchise. Playing on the PS4 Pro where Sega has bumped the games from 720p at 30fps to 1080p at 60fps since the original release of Yakuza 5 (5th of December 2012) on the PS3. #yakuza #sega #ryugagotoku Yakuza 4 unlocked on October 29, 2019, and Yakuza 5 unlocked on February 11, 2020. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ► Intro Music: Kevin Macleod - Fluffing a Duck ► Outro Music: Kevin Macleod - Scheming Weasel
