001 | I flew to HUNGARY to skate with David Mihalyfi! | Skate The World | Hungary, BUDAPEST

Meet David Mihalyfi. Let me quickly share the story on how I discovered him. While browsing through Instagram stories - I saw David's entry for the Berrics' Fight Night thing as his bid to compete for BATB 13. His flatground tricks were... oh my God. In fact you can watch it here, and get back to me:   / cgcoojfpwka   As a man who loves flip tricks myself - after seeing his Fakie Hardflip Late Flip 180 (?!?!), I HAD to shout him out. Not just on my Instagram story, but also on my TikTok page too. I followed him and asked me to email me over the clip and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from him, and had a delightful exchange. We kept in touch over social media for a while, and one day I thought "screw it, why not take a solo trip to Budapest and see if I can skate with him for a day?" So I sent him a DM saying "Hey, I'm thinking of coming to Budapest for these dates. Let's hang out and skate?" and he said he was down. Booked the flights, we kept in communication, and... well. You can watch the rest. :) Chapters: 00:00 - Intro 01:22 - The commute from Budapest airport to my AirBNB via Instagram Stories 03:42 - Small sesh in Blaha Lujza Ter 05:18 - Meeting David Mihalyfi 06:02 - Erzsi Skatepark 09:08 - Day 2 in Budapest ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instagram: @faisaltreshah   / faisaltreshah   TikTok: @faisaltreshah https://www.tiktok.com/@faisaltreshah...
