Cozy Autumn Days 🍂 Pumpkin Spice Latte, Homemade Food & Toddler Activities

A cozy autumn day at home, filled with homemade food, pumpkin spice and little family moments! 🎃🍂 With Halloween just around the corner, I'm making the most of the pumpkins Ram brought home from work. Today, I'm roasting fresh pumpkin to make homemade pumpkin purée, preparing a warm and creamy Pumpkin Spice Latte from scratch, and roasting pumpkin seeds for a delicious little snack. ☕🎃 Our morning begins with a comforting bowl of makhana porridge for Mia, followed by a visit to our local library for her toddler group activities. Watching her learn, play, solve puzzles and become more independent every day has been such a wonderful experience. Back home, it's time for some cleaning and homemade Indian cooking! I'm preparing lemon rice and crispy potato fry for my mom, while Ram makes fish curry and fish stir-fry for our family. And of course, there's a little bit of toddler mischief along the way! 😄 As the evening settles in, I finally make my homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte with real pumpkin, warm autumn spices and a little whipped cream.
