Baldur's Gate 3: The Legendary Assassin. Caine Umbraal! Episode 2: Killing in the Name of the Grove

Baldur’s Gate III: The Legend of Caine — Episode 2 | Killing in the Name of the Grove In Episode 1, we introduced Caine Umbraal, a cunning assassin haunted by the mysterious Dark Urge! After escaping the Nautiloid, Caine recruited Shadowheart, gave in to his darker impulses by taking Gale’s hand, and killed Lae’zel. We also recruited Wyll and Astarion, discovered Withers, rescued Arabella, defeated the harpies, and defended Emerald Grove against a goblin attack. Along the way, we uncovered Kagha’s suspicious activities, spared an owlbear mother, and made a few questionable decisions with unexpected consequences! In Episode 2, Caine and Shadowheart continue their two-person adventure! First, we’ll investigate Kagha’s secret dealings in the southwestern swamps before returning to expose her. Then, we’ll venture into the Goblin Camp, confront its leaders, and attempt to rescue the owlbear cub! As Caine’s journey unfolds, will his murderous instincts guide his decisions, or will Shadowheart become the influence he never knew he needed?
