Chef Michael and Team have created a bespoke menu, inspired by the Mojave Ghost fragrance – paying ode to Spring the fragrance notes of Magnolia and Violet play a part in the inspiration of the Mojave Ghost Raindrop Cake dessert. Experience a range of Japanese inspired dishes alongside classic British afternoon favourites at Nobu Lounge in the heart of Marylebone. On their menu you will also find the Byredo Renaissance Tea – originating from Southern Japan, RENAISSANCE combines vegetal and umami notes with invigorating essences.
