Carl explains how he customizes the design colors, sets the outline placement, and uses a bean stitch to secure the patch, all while keeping the feel and look of the patch clean and professional. After crafting the patch, Carl brings new life to an old hoodie by repurposing it with his new creation. He demonstrates how to properly position the patch, apply fusible backing and use an iron to bond everything together before sewing it on with the embroidery machine.
