OBM plays Dead Flowers, (jokes trimmed out .. !!) ... Copyright the Rolling Stones

The original, posted a few days ago, had a couple of jokes by the late great 'rocket' Ron Hall. These have been trimmed out to give a cleaner track. For your information, this was the track I was looking for ages ago, where Keith Rowley, our SAX player, played a great opening solo at one of our rehearsals at the end of Feb 2004. I've loaded this mainly since the previous one is getting lots of views, but it was a bit 'weak' at the start. Mick Brennan also did a lead solo on the start of one version, which is also very nice, God knows where that one is ..... There is also a video somewhere of this, showing Keith on the sax moving back and forward in front of the video camera at the rehearsal, which is why the 'stereo' aspect seems to shift from left to right. Ron, by the way was one of the funniest people I have had the pleasure of knowing, being in his and Martin's band, he was a great artist in the etching style, a great songsmith and lyricist, very knowledgeable in just about everything in life, particularly the Who which was his favourite band, such a loss in many ways, we miss him dearly, RIP Ron.
