Montana 14 Mile City Ghost Towns - Laurin, Alder, Nevada City, Virginia City

All four of these towns are all part of "Fourteen Mile City" where over $30 million worth of gold was discovered in the 1860's. The first two towns of Laurin and Alder are now just regular towns with some historical buildindgs, while the last two of Nevada City and Virginia City have become significant tourist attractions. All are very interesting to visit and because they are so close to each other, easily visited in one day!
