Surah Al-Imran (سورة آل عمران) – The Family of Imran. The third surah of the Holy Quran: 200 verses, revealed in Madinah. It tells the story of Maryam and the birth of Isa (peace be upon them), recounts the Battle of Uhud, and contains some of the most loved verses of the Quran: the dua "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate" (3:8), "O Allah, Owner of all sovereignty" (3:26), "Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel" (3:173) and the closing verses on reflection (3:190–200). The Prophet ﷺ said that Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran, the two bright ones, will come on the Day of Judgement like two clouds shading those who recited them (Sahih Muslim). Truly, You are the Bestower. হে আমাদের রব, আপনি আমাদের হিদায়াত দেওয়ার পর আমাদের অন্তরকে বক্র করবেন না, আর আপনার পক্ষ থেকে আমাদেরকে রহমত দান করুন। নিশ্চয়ই আপনি মহাদাতা। 3:26 قُلِ ٱللَّهُمَّ مَـٰلِكَ ٱلْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى ٱلْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتَنزِعُ ٱلْمُلْكَ مِمَّن تَشَآءُ وَتُعِزُّ مَن تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَن تَشَآءُ ۖ بِيَدِكَ ٱلْخَيْرُ ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ Say, "O Allah, Owner of all sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and take it from whom You will; You honour whom You will and humble whom You will. In Your hand is all good. Truly, You are able to do all things." বলুন, "হে আল্লাহ, রাজত্বের মালিক! আপনি যাকে ইচ্ছা রাজত্ব দান করেন এবং যার থেকে ইচ্ছা রাজত্ব কেড়ে নেন; যাকে ইচ্ছা সম্মানিত করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছা অপমানিত করেন। আপনার হাতেই সকল কল্যাণ। নিশ্চয়ই আপনি সবকিছুর ওপর ক্ষমতাবান।" 3:173 ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا۟ لَكُمْ فَٱخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَـٰنًا وَقَالُوا۟ حَسْبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ ٱلْوَكِيلُ Those to whom people said, "The people have gathered against you, so fear them," but it only increased them in faith, and they said, "Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs." যাদেরকে লোকেরা বলেছিল, "তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে লোকেরা সমবেত হয়েছে, সুতরাং তাদেরকে ভয় করো", কিন্তু এতে তাদের ঈমান আরও বেড়ে গেল এবং তারা বলল, "আল্লাহই আমাদের জন্য যথেষ্ট, আর তিনি কতই না উত্তম কর্মবিধায়ক।" 3:185 كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ ۗ وَإِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ أُجُورَكُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۖ فَمَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ ٱلنَّارِ وَأُدْخِلَ ٱلْجَنَّةَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ۗ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ Every soul will taste death, and you will only be paid your wages in full on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever is kept away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has truly succeeded.
