Laura Pagliarulo is co-founder and CEO of SolaREIT, a company that turns the land and leases underneath solar and battery projects into flexible growth capital for developers. Launched in the middle of COVID lockdowns in 2020 — including a $50 million raise from roughly 40 investors without a single in-person meeting — SolaREIT has since financed real estate under nearly $8 billion worth of clean energy projects across 20 states, with more than 75% of its business now coming from repeat developer partners.
