By Train: Route A: Take a Sealdah-Barrackpore local to Barrackpore Station. From the platform/auto stand, take an auto/bus to Nilganj Bazar, then a Toto straight to Beraberia Notun Bazar / Bortir Bil ghat. Route B: Take a Sealdah-Hasnabad/Bangaon local to Barasat Junction. Take a Toto or auto to Nilganj Bazar and then proceed toward Beraberia. 2. By Road (Bike/Car): Drive via Kalyani Expressway, exit towards Nilganj / Basudebpur crossing, and follow the village road leading to Beraberia village. 🛶 Boat Ride Details & Charges: Short ride (20–30 mins): ~₹100 to ₹150 per boat/group (or shared basis) Long sunset tour (45 mins – 1 hour): ~₹400 to ₹600 per boat (seats up to 6–10 people) Tip: Negotiate directly with the local boatmen (Majhi dada) at the ghat. ⏰ Best Time to Visit: Season: July to October (Monsoon to early Post-Monsoon) when the water level is high and lotus/lilies are in bloom.
