Catching a MONSTER at Packery Flats | Corpus Christi, TX

We fished Packery Flats in Corpus Christi Texas. We caught a bunch of small Trout throughout the day. For some reason, the fish are following Winter Time Patterns, even though we haven't gotten any major cold fronts yet. We scouted for Reds all day in the fish and could not find one. As we headed out back to shore, we scouted the channel just catching small Trout when we noticed several pods of Blackdrum at the surface of the channel. We casted a few paddle tails and nothing, but one curious black drum went for the Z-Man Prawnstarz lure! This a long video but I hope you guys enjoy and like it.
