Jam Retrospective 2024-2026

We spent the last year and a half entering as many game jams as we could handle, and this video is the complete retrospective of our journey. In this retrospective, we look back on the biggest lessons from prototyping quickly and cutting features to working under pressure, solving unexpected technical problems, and finishing projects before the deadline. Every project came with a new theme, new challenges, and a ticking clock. Some ideas worked, others didn't but every jam left us with new skills and stories worth sharing.
