Fudgy Brownie Cookies

Ingredients 120 grams Dark chocolate, I used Bakersfield chocolate buttons 1/4 Cup Butter 1 Large Egg 1/2 Cup Brown sugar 1 tsp Vanila 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 Tsp baking soda 1/4 Tsp salt Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Yield: 12 Cookies Notes Make sure you give the egg and sugar a good whisk. You can use a hand mixer for around 5 minutes. Use room temp ingredients Store the cookies in an airtight container or ziploc bag for up to 5 days.
