Floating Bus Stops

Floating bus stops are bus stops where a cycle track and bus stop intersect and where bus passengers, pedestrians and cyclists may interact. These designs are also known as bus stop bypasses or bus stop islands. The session considers the new Department for Transport guidance on floating bus stops, and what it means for future street design and accessibility.
