"Welcome to Pooh Corner" alternate end credits

Here's a rare Disney Channel oddity: an alternate closing sequence for "Welcome to Pooh Corner". Here, the standard closing theme runs without credits on top, then the credits appear over a montage of locations from the show while Pooh's theme plays in the background. Could this have been used on earlier episodes? This came from a repeat that aired on June 4, 1988. I don't know if it's "A House Gets Blown Down" or "Poor Eeyore" (it's about poor Eeyore's house getting blown down).
