Going to a convenience store in Japan? 🇯🇵 Learn the Japanese phrases you may hear at the register — and how to answer naturally. In this beginner-friendly lesson, you’ll practice useful Japanese for real convenience store situations, including: 🌸 袋はご利用ですか? (Fukuro wa goriyou desu ka?) — Would you like a bag? (Atatamemasu ka?) — Would you like this heated? (Ohashi wa otsuke shimasu ka?) — Would you like chopsticks? (Pointo kaado wa omochi desu ka?) — Do you have a point card? (Oshiharai wa?) — How would you like to pay? You’ll also learn how Japanese people actually use (Daijoubu desu). It doesn’t always mean “I’m okay” — in some situations, it can mean “No, thank you” or “I’m good.” Then practice answering the questions yourself in a short konbini conversation! 🌸 Want to practice Japanese with me one-on-one?
