The Moment Ryan Reynolds Almost Dropped the Act Around Hugh Jackman

Fifteen years of trading insults, staging a "truce," and turning a media rivalry into their favorite running joke — and then, for a few seconds on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ryan Reynolds almost dropped the act completely. This one traces the whole arc: how Reynolds and Jackman actually met on the set of X-Men Origins: Wolverine in 2009, the compliment Reynolds paid him in 2018 that didn't need a punchline, the 2019 "truce" they turned into content instead of ending it, and the 2024 Vanity Fair lie detector test that couldn't quite keep up with either of them. Then the Kimmel moment that ties it all together — the closest either of them gets to saying the quiet part out loud. Real interviews, real footage, real chemistry — no gossip, no drama, just two people who've clearly been enjoying this bit for a decade and a half.
