My First Time Parawinging! | F-ONE Quest 5.0 on a Swedish Lake

My first ever parawing session! In this video I take the F-ONE Quest 5.0m out for its first proper session on Lake Roxen, just outside Linköping, Sweden. The wind was pretty gusty and I’m completely new to parawinging, so the goal for the day was simply to figure out the basics – launching the Quest, controlling the power, getting onto the board and trying to build enough speed to get the foil flying. I didn’t manage to get up on foil this time, but I did get standing and moving across the water with the parawing. Definitely a learning session, but a really fun first step into a completely new way of foiling. The long-term goal is to use the parawing to get onto wind swell and small bumps, stash the wing and then surf the swell. More parawing, SUP foil, pump foil and surf adventures coming!
