I Watched Resident Evil With ZERO Context

I’ve never played Resident Evil. Never watched any of the previous movies either. So I went into this one completely blind — and honestly, that made the experience even more interesting. What stood out to me most was how human the main character feels. He doesn’t feel like some unstoppable action hero who knows exactly what to do. He’s scared, confused, makes mistakes, and reacts like an actual person would. And somehow, that made the whole horror feel more real.
