Top of the Racks — Heartland Rock from the Highest Shelf (Official Music Video)

Harness on, clip in, and rise above the aisle. "Top of the Racks" is a heartland rock anthem for the replenishment crew — the Replens who ride the order picker to the highest shelves of the Ulta DC, restocking Pureology, Kenra, and Versed while the whole town sleeps. Up where the air is thin, every empty slot is a promise kept before the morning breaks. Floor gets small and the noise falls away, Just me and the racks at the top of the day — Well, the top of the night, but who's counting up here? [Pre-Chorus] Down below they're picking to a scanner's song, Up here I put everything back where it belongs. [Chorus] Top of the racks, where the air is thin and free, Restocking heaven for the Ulta DC. Every empty slot is a promise I keep, Top of the racks, while the whole town sleeps. Yeah, the top of the racks is where I wanna be. [Verse 2] Pureology purple in a case of twelve, Kenra cans lined up on the highest shelf. Versed serums waiting for a home up high, I slide 'em in gentle 'neath a ceiling sky. [Pre-Chorus] Day shift wonders how it all got done, Magic, they call it. Nah — third shift, hon. [Chorus] Top of the racks, where the air is thin and free, Restocking heaven for the Ulta DC. Every empty slot is a promise I keep, Top of the racks, while the whole town sleeps. Yeah, the top of the racks is where I wanna be. [Bridge] When the picker sways in the quiet aisle, I can see the whole DC for a country mile — Dock doors glowing, belts at rest, My kingdom humming in an Ulta vest — Well, an Ulta shirt, but you get the rest. [Final Chorus] Top of the racks, where the air is thin and free, Restocking heaven for the Ulta DC. Fill every slot 'fore the morning breaks, That's the oath every Replen makes. Top of the racks — that's home to me. [Outro] Lower me down when the sky turns blue. Top of the racks, I'll be back for you.
