Information Is Key - Leveraging The Power Of TSB's

In this video I utilize the information put out by GM in a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) to help me solve an intermittent issue on a customer 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe that is throwing a P2101 on occasions. The customer has no other complaints other than the light coming on. It has always been my habit to check TSB's when working on vehicles especially for situations like this one.
