Welcome back to the Rhythm Realm! 🥜🐾 Have you ever imagined peanut butter or another yummy treat stuck to the roof of your mouth? In this fun tongue exercise, kids can pretend to lick it away while practicing controlled tongue movements. Follow along with Miss Tiffany as she guides you through the Peanut Butter Rub exercise. Practice placing your tongue at the spot behind your upper front teeth, then gently moving it back and forth along the roof of your mouth without touching your teeth. Let's see if you can complete 25 licks! This playful activity helps children practice tongue movement, coordination, and awareness while making myofunctional exercises fun. Remember, you can use your imagination—no actual peanut butter is needed! 🥜 We all grow stronger together. See you on our next Rhythm Realm adventure! 🌐 Learn more: https://mindbodymouth.net ▶️ Explore more:    / @mindbodymouth   #MyofunctionalTherapy #TongueExercise #PeanutButterRub #KidsExercises #TongueStrength #OralMotorExercises #RhythmRealm #MyoAndFriends
