STOP LETTING THEM PLAY WITH YOUR TIME LIKE THAT...

I had to learn that just because I have free time doesn’t mean that time is automatically available for everybody else. 😭 One little “I’m not doing anything” can somehow turn into your WHOLE day being filled with somebody else’s plans. In this video, I’m talking about learning to protect my time, being more mindful of the access I give people, and even recognizing the ways I was playing with my own time too. And surprisingly, I’m learning that every empty space in my life doesn’t need to be filled. Sometimes you need to leave a little room and see what grows there. 🤎 Thanks for hanging out with me. 🫶🏽
