Why Modular Kitchens Fail in 2 Years (And How To Get It Right!)

Most modular kitchens do not fail because of bad design. They fail because the wrong material was used in the wrong place. In this video Ekta breaks down the countertop and cabinet material mistakes that show up within two years in Indian kitchens, and exactly what to use instead, with grades, thickness and hardware recommendations.   In this video, Ekta explains the countertop and cabinet material mistakes that waste the most money, along with the exact alternative for each one. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🍳 WHAT THIS VIDEO COVERS: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣ Countertop Material Why white marble stains permanently, why nano white can crack near the hob and sink corners, and why granite or quartz are the safer choices.   2️⃣ Protecting Shutters From Water Two simple solutions to stop water from reaching your cabinet shutters: a countertop overhang with a groove underneath, and the traditional paani patti.   3️⃣ Cabinet Material Why particle board and MR grade ply don't belong in a kitchen, and which boards to use for base cabinets instead.   4️⃣ Shutter Finish Why high gloss, membrane and PU finishes all have problems in a working kitchen, and why acrylic or a good laminate is the practical pick for areas you touch daily.   5️⃣ Hardware You Should Never Compromise On Which hinge and channel brands are worth paying for, and how to use soft close properly so it lasts. Plus a reminder on why open shelves don't suit a modular kitchen. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🎓 BEDROOM DESIGN MASTER COURSE: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Learn how to design your own home like a professional. 11 chapters, 2 hours of recorded content.
