Irish Rail's Mk3 Push/Pull coaches

A little tribute to the Mk3 Push/Pull sets which served the network well for 20 years from their introduction in 1989 to their withdrawal in 2009. Clips shown here date from 1994 up to 2007 filmed at locations in Thomastown, Bennettsbridge & Lavistown, Co. Kilkenny with some onboard footage between Thomastown & Waterford. The 2 early clips shows the sets operating in non-Push/Pull mode with baby GMs and 071s in charge. From here on in the 201 class is exclusively used in Push/Pull mode.
