A Week of New Experiences in London 🇬🇧 | Meditation, Cotswolds, Stonehenge & Networking

This week in London was all about trying new things, meeting new people and creating new experiences. My friends and family came to London from Scotland for a meditation event, which led me to try meditation myself and discover something completely new. I’ve actually found that meditation has been helping me sleep better, so I’m sharing my honest experience with it in this vlog. We also took a trip to the Cotswolds and visited Stonehenge, where we learned about its history, cosmic energy and the different ideas surrounding this incredible place. Along the way, we attended a classical music event where we met two wonderful people and had some really interesting conversations. This week became much more than just exploring places — it was about meeting people, building connections and experiencing new sides of life in London.
