Mario Transformations in Super Mario Galaxy 2 (also includes Ice Mario, Flying Mario)

This is a preview of a Mario transformations code I'm working on for Super Mario Galaxy 2. Unfortunately the files for Ice Mario aren't actually on the Super Mario Galaxy 2 disc so the code will probably not include Ice Mario (maybe I'll make a patch or something for that eventually).
