What if Formula 1 returned to Argentina?

In the last couple of years a lot of new venues appeared on the F1 calendar - a lot of them fake "street" circuits in countries with no motorsport history whatsoever but ready to pay a lot of money. Let's just assume for once that money didn't play a role, just the quality of race tracks. Could the Argentine GP make a comeback, then? In this video I'll cover two and a half Argentinian race tracks to see if any of those would be F1 worthy.
