Peer-to-Peer Tutorial Session 1, Part 2: Matrices in Quantitative Methods This session focuses on introducing students to the concept of *matrices* and their applications in Quantitative Methods. The tutorial will provide an opportunity for students to strengthen their understanding through peer discussion, guided examples, and problem-solving activities. The session will cover the **definition and types of matrices**, including row matrices, column matrices, square matrices, zero matrices, and identity matrices. Students will also learn how to perform basic matrix operations such as **addition, subtraction, scalar multiplication, and matrix multiplication**. Through peer-to-peer interaction, participants will work together to solve practical exercises, explain solution methods to one another, and identify and correct common errors. The session is designed to encourage active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative learning while building students' confidence in applying matrix concepts to quantitative problems. By the end of the session, students should be able to **identify different types of matrices, perform basic matrix operations, and apply matrix techniques to solve quantitative problems**.
