ChalleNGe cadets complete "Hardcore" phase

Candidates from the Virginia Commonwealth ChalleNGe program officially became cadets Jan. 27 in a transition ceremony held at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach after completing the two-week "Hardcore" phase at Fort A.P. Hill.
