Jaguar E Type Series II Rebuild - 2022-12-27 - Rear Suspension Unit Installation

I am waiting on some parts for the front bulkhead, and I decided to make use of my time installing the rear suspension assembly. The rear suspension assembly has been ready for over a year now. Installing it is theoretically straight forward but can be tricky (fiddly, everything on a 70's English car is fiddly). Remember to tap all the bolt holes and make sure the rear suspension mounts bolt holes in the body are cleaned out. Two mounts are connected to the body and two are connected to the rear suspension assembly. This is easier to assemble if there are three of you. However, me, myself and I were also able to do it. It is a lot of up, down, up, down but the most of life is like that. Music today is from Oasis - Champagne Supernova!
