Albany boy dying from rare Measles-related disease

11-year-old Sean Alpapara had the measles as a baby. He survived, but no one realized a disease from the virus was lying dormant in his brain--and this past fall, symptoms started to surface. Doctors say he is dying from Dawson disease, which is extremely rare in the United States.
