Flooding in Mc Arthur Highway Update | Sampaloc Apalit to Camp Olivas San Fernando August 15,2026

So far this is the most intense ride I've ever experienced in Mc Arthur Highway,the flood level is at it's high level but fortunately I survived the challenges, it's not recommendable to pass at this time.
