1-Converting My Pop-Up Tent Trailer (1982 Coleman) to a Hard Shell Travel Trailer - Part One

I cast aside my original plans to use styrofoam insul boards and went with tried and true lumber and paint. 4 sheets of OSB plywood and 5 2x3's did the trick. I'm hoping the weight of the wood is not much greater than the weight of the front and rear beds and all the canvas I ripped out.
