Frédéric Chopin - Nocturne in F Major, Op.15 No.1 Live performance recorded at the Charity Concert for the Jamaica Association in Switzerland, held at the Holy Trinity Church in Geneva on 25 April 2026. Chopin’s Nocturne Op.15 No.1 moves from a calm, lyrical opening into a powerful and stormy middle section before returning to the serenity of its opening theme. This piece is particularly dear to me: it was the first Chopin Nocturne I learned with my Polish piano teacher in Manchester, who was incredibly strict about every single note - and perhaps that is why it has stayed so close to my heart ever since.
