Full Bay Build: Hidden Bunk Room in Our Bus Conversion

We built a full basement bunk room inside the bays of our Van Hool bus conversion — turning unused storage space into a functional sleeping area! In this video, we show the full process of framing, insulating, finishing, and installing the bunks in our under‑bay compartment. Whether you’re planning your own bus conversion, looking for bunk room ideas, or curious how much space a Van Hool bay really has, this build shows what’s possible. #busconversion #vanhool #bunkbed 🔨 What We Built • Full basement bunk room inside the bus bay • Framing + insulation • Wood finishing + stain • Mattress layout + ventilation • Access + safety considerations --- 🚌 Why We Built a Basement Bunk Room Using the under‑bay space lets us: • Add extra sleeping capacity • Keep the main cabin open • Maximize every inch of the Van Hool • Create a private, cozy sleeping nook Anker Soundcore Motion Boom Plus Outdoor Speaker: 👉https://amzn.to/3IVa5td Varathane Premium Antique White Wood Stain: 👉https://amzn.to/3v60aeK Buy our music here: 👉  / shane-good   Our videos are made possible by our viewers & Patreon supporters. ► Become a PATREON SUPPORTER:   / thebuslife   It helps us pay for items we need for filming like the following. ⬇️ FILMED ON THIS: https://amzn.to/2Rahj56 WITH THIS MIC & Mic Cover: https://amzn.to/2MSC02S THIS WIDE ANGLE LENS: https://amzn.to/2LVkZmi GOPRO Hero 7: https://amzn.to/2B71RwX JOBY 5K BENDY TRIPOD: https://amzn.to/2ZMjZVJ Our DJI MAVIC AIR DRONE: https://amzn.to/2PLINu2 ALL EDITED ON THIS MACBOOK PRO: https://amzn.to/2ZNuWqa WITH THESE APPLE AIR PODS: https://amzn.to/2PIRfgW ► VISIT our STORE: https://teespring.com/stores/the-bus-... ► INSTAGRAM:   / thebuslifeshow   ► FACEBOOK:   / goodnewsbus   ► TWITTER:   / goodnewsbus
