Which is the fastest? Puma Fast-R 3, ASICS Metaspeed Edge Paris or Adidas Adio Pro 4

#pumarunning #asicsrunning #adidasrunning I recently ran a marathon in the Fast-R 3. I've run several 5k and 10k races in the ASICS and I've run a 10 mile race in the Adios Pro 4. I wanted to take them each out to run one mile head to head to see how the shoes performed and the differences that I observed between them.
